First Time Guest
We are so excited to have you visit us. Here is some information to help your first visit be smooth and fun. First, know that your child’s safety is our number one priority. When you first visit River Kidz we will need you to bring the following information to our New Family Check In. Parent/Guardian name(s) Child’s name Any other information you would like us to know (i.e. allergies, special needs, etc.) This information is kept on your family’s profile to ensure a secure check-in process. Once you fill out this information with our Check In team, we will show your children to their classrooms, and answer any questions you have.
Safety
Your child’s safety is our number one priority. SECURE CHECK-IN Kids can be checked in to their class 15 minutes prior to the start of the gathering. Our check-in process involves a guardian checking in a child at our check in kiosk. Only guardians will be permitted to be up the child upon check out. This ensures that only authorized individuals are able to pick up kids from our environments. BACKGROUND CHECKS Each of our River Kids Team Members has a completed background check. Individuals who have not completed the background check process will not be permitted in our Kids environments. ALLERGIES If your child has an allergy or dietary restriction, please let one of our Check In Team Members know, allergies will be noted. HEALTH AND WELLNESS To ensure the health of all the children in our care, we are unable to accept sick children into our environments. Our policy regarding illness follows state child care guidelines. If you have questions regarding this please ask a River Kidz Team Member.
